Boundless Dreams, Crafted in Paint and Clay
Do you know I don't know how one can walk by a tree and not be happy at the sight of it? How can one talk to a man and not be happy in loving him! Oh, it's only that I'm not able to express it...And what beautiful things there are at every step, that even the most hopeless man must feel to be beautiful! Look at a child! Look at God's sunrise! Look at the grass, how it grows! Look at the eyes that gaze at you and love you!
Three minutes before his expected death, he is able to see life carefully for the first time.

Wink King Moe
Wink is a trained oil painter, whimsical ceramicist, and contemporary dancer whose work transcends traditional boundaries. Through her diverse media, she conjures soft, vibrant, and intricately woven worlds, where canvas, clay, and body intertwine to explore the limits of playfulness and imagination. A graduate of Chelsea College of Arts in London, each of Wink’s creations unfolds as a dreamline — a fluid movement shaped by her intellectual musings. Drawn equally to the structured beauty of Japanese poetry, the mathematical harmony of fractal art, and the limitless possibilities of mythical realms, she crafts works that evoke new sensory experiences, deeply rooted in her creative passion and curious spirit.
Liberty Art Award, London
In her graduate show, named after Haruki Murakami’s South of the Border and West of the Sun, Wink showcased both paintings and ceramics. Like Murakami’s work, her pieces together explore the need to move forward in dream and creation, embracing the fluidity of the unknowable.
This ethos is reflected in Wink’s recent recognition as one of the 12 artists who won the 2024 Liberty Art Award. Five of Wink’s artworks, now exhibited at London’s Walkie-Talkie building, are available for purchase or patronage, offering collectors an opportunity to engage with her unique artistic vision.
The Liberty Art Award – supports emerging artists as they transition from art school to the commercial art world. The program provides artists with essential commercial skills through mentoring, networking, and workshops on topics such as personal branding and gallery relationships.
“Few movements: admittedly there was a little hat-raising here and there, but without the grandiloquence, the nervous gaiety of the morning.”
